Policies & Rates
Payment:
Lodge based hiking trips involve a booking of 12 like-minded hikers. The lodges are very comfortable with no more than 2 people per room.
A deposit of $400.00 per person is required to secure a booking. The balance of payment are due 3 months prior to the first day of the trip.
The preferred method of payment is email money transfer. However, cheques can be made payable to Follow Your Feet Hiking Adventures and sent to this mailing address:

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
All hiking trips are non-refundable, including the deposit. In the event that someone needs to cancel, we will make every effort to replace the hiker. For this reason, we encourage you to buy cancellation insurance. Should we find a hiker to replace you, your deposit may be transferred to a future hike.
Trip Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
